Pareidolia
I have a garden gate

a lovely garden gate - but look who I found in my garden gate -
it's so real looking! So like a charcoal portrait!
Isn't that cool?! I almost want to pet it! Apparently, the phenomenon is called
pareidolia where people see faces in everyday images

I have never heard the word before - or didn't commit it memory but I've seen things like this before
Drew Barrymore apparently sees hearts everywhere

She even wrote a book called "Find It Everywhere"!

I wish I did see hearts everywhere! It's said that people are "hard wired" to see faces in things - for me it's more typical of buildings

My daughter has an amazing gift of finding things I've lost - not just the glasses on top of my head but long lost things in the pantry, the book that's disappeared, the DVD that has to be returned today!
We call her "bright eye's"!
I am just so happy with my magical wolf in my garden gate!
I hope everyone finds a pareidolia!
Do I take any comfort in the fact that spell check doesn't recognize this word any more than I do? Yes, yes I do!
